These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.  Please retain a copy for your information.

The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’sPrivacy Policy (available https://www.citypubcompany.com/privacy-policy)

By entering the “Easter Competition” promotion, each entrant agrees to the following rules.  

The promotion will run from Monday 7th of March at 12.00 pm till March 27th at 11.59 pm. Winners will be selected at random on 28^th March 2024 and then notified by Friday 29th of March. To enter, you must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of City Pub Co are excluded from entering this promotion.

By entering the promotion, you are agreeing to be entered into the prize draw.  Every booking gains one entry to the competition- limited to one entry per day.

Winners will be chosen at random, from the valid entries by a City Pub Group representative and winners notified within 2 working days of the close of the promotion. The decision of the promoter is final.

The winners will be contacted on the email address used to enter. If a winner does not respond within 2 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and The City Pub Group will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

Valid entries only, that follow the correct format and entry system will be classed as an entry.

The City Pub Group will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
